How long does shipping take?
As we ship our products though Auspost, the current shipping info is below:
Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Under normal circumstances we aim for:
Standard shipping:
Same state: 2–5 business days
Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
Express Shipping:
Same State: Up to 2 business days
Interstate: Up to 4 business days

Standard shipping: $6 under $90. All orders over $90 get free standard shipping.
Express: $12.50

How should I store my frasé skin products?
We recommend that you store all products in a cool, dry area, and always under 30 degrees celcius
Do your products have anti-ageing benefits?
Frase Skin products contain great ingredients aimed at aiding problems such as fine lines and wrinkles.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
We have tried our best to keep our products safe for all skin types. But it is recommended if you have sensitive skin to patch test first to see how your skin reacts.

How often should I use the products?
Mask : 2-3 times a week
Cleanser: Twice daily (AM and PM)
Moisturiser: Twice daily (AM and PM)
