Terms and Conditions - November Bali Holiday Giveaway

1. Eligibility:
1.1 The November Bali Holiday Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all customers who make a purchase on our website, www.fraseskin.com.au, during the month of November 2023 ("16/11/2023 - 30/11/2023").
1.2 Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.3 Employees, immediate family members and individuals living in the same household as employees of Frase Skin are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:
2.1 The Giveaway begins on November 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM AEST and ends on November 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM AEST.

3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter, customers must make a purchase from our website, www.fraseskin.com.au, during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Each purchase made during the Promotion Period will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

4. Prize Details:
4.1 The prize for the Giveaway is a seven (7) nights accommodation in Bali, including flights, accommodation & $500 spending money.
4.2 The winner may select the dates for their holiday from the options provided by Frase Skin. The selected dates must fall within the travel period specified by Frase Skin.
4.3 The specific accommodation in Bali will be chosen and provided by Frase Skin after the dates have been agreed upon.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable.
4.5 All additional expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.6 The winner must decide on the dates they would like to use the accommodation within 90 days of being notified as the winner. If not Frase Skin has the right to declare your prize as expired.

4.7 The winner may also have an option of a cash prize of $3000 instead of the Bali holiday
